Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA SD solution in spare parts business, focusing on the full sales order management cycle, post-sales processes, pricing, billing, and customer service functionalities. This role involves deep functional expertise in SD and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions specifically for spare parts operations, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns and service parts management.
  • Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Align system configuration with logistics processes such as delivery scheduling, ATP (Available-to-Promise), and parts returns.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
  • Conduct functional testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
  • Deliver training to end users and create relevant documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancement post go-live to improve process performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SD.
  • Good work experience in SAP S/4HANA. Participation in at least one implementation project in S4HANA in an automotive or aftermarket service environment.
  • Deep knowledge of spare parts logistics, service order processing, and reverse logistics.
  • Experience with complex pricing models and customer-specific conditions.
