Core Platform Area SAP and Business Administration with SAP Center of Excellence (COE), Bus Manufacturing, Construction Equipment SAP, Financial Core Systems is part of the Volvo Group Digital & IT.

The organization is managing over 40 SAP Solutions worldwide supporting Volvo divisions, covering almost a full scope of business processes from Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance as well as Services, Data Intelligence and Reporting and HR. Our SAP community in Volvo has already joined more than 700 SAP Solution and Technology Consultant globally, working in the international teams.

We have the best SAP talents in our field taking on challenging global assignments across the Volvo Group. Leveraging on their SAP skills combined with a very good understanding of the Volvo processes and IT solutions, they deliver concrete SAP solutions and provide added value to the Volvo Group.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our SAP CE Business Warehouse team.

We believe you want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people around the world. To be successful in this position we believe you have a university degree and several years of experience in SAP BW, with hands-on consulting or development experience.

• Strong knowledge with design, development, and implementation of SAP BW on HANA/BW/4HANA solutions for complex business requirements.
• Architect enterprise-wide BI solutions, ensuring scalability, reusability, and performance optimization.
• Manage end-to-end data flows, from data extraction (SAP/non-SAP) to transformation and reporting.
• Develop and enhance InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, MultiProviders, Open ODS Views, etc.
• Design and implement complex ETL processes, data staging, and harmonization logic using DTPs, Transformation rules, and Process Chains.
• Build or optimize BEx Queries, support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office, and other front-end tools.
• Proficiency in ABAP for CDS enhancements, user exits, and transformation routines.
• Good knowledge of Fiori Launchpad, KPI Modeler, and Smart Business Cockpits.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture, table structures, and virtual data models (VDMs).
• Perform system upgrades, migrations (e.g., BW to BW/4HANA), and landscape optimization activities.
• Provide technical expertise during project phases – scoping, estimation, planning, development, testing, go-live, and support.
• Drive performance tuning initiatives across data loading and reporting layers.
• Able to Analyze and solve day to day issues from business within agreed SLA.
• Preferred knowledge on the Automotive industry
• Preferably, worked in agile ways of working (SCRUM or Scaled agile) and knowledge on Azure Devops tool is desirable

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.
• Should have good analytical abilities and value addition mindset

Experience: 10 -12 years in SAP BW
