Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 8–12 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud as the primary skill, MuleSoft as a secondary integration skill, and experience working with Privacy Center / Preference Manager for customer consent, data privacy, and compliance processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Salesforce Development 

• Configure, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Declarative tools. 

• Develop scalable solutions for Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting, and Activity Management. 

• Implement automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Custom Metadata. 

• Work on integration and data sync between Salesforce and external systems including MuleSoft-based APIs. 

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. 

 

Privacy Center / Preference Manager 

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Preference Manager and Privacy Center for consent capture and privacy management. 

• Implement opt-in/opt-out workflows, data retention rules, compliance logic, and preference center UI. 

• Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulation adherence within Salesforce. 

• Integrate consent and preference data with downstream systems using MuleSoft. 

 

MuleSoft Integration (Secondary) 

• Work with MuleSoft teams to support Salesforce integrations. 

• Understand API specifications (RAML/REST/SOAP) and support integration troubleshooting. 

• Assist in Salesforce-connected apps, OAuth flows, named credentials, and API security. 

 

Collaboration & Delivery 

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. 

• Participate in backlog refinement, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile deliveries. 

• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment steps. 

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding best practices. 

 

Required Skills (Must Have) 

• 6–10 years of Salesforce development experience. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. 

• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and Integration patterns. 

• Experience with Salesforce Privacy Center / Preference Manager. 

• Good understanding of security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets. 

• Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft. 

• Strong communication and analytical skills. 

• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. 

 

Good to Have 

• Salesforce Certifications: 

  - Salesforce Platform Developer I (must) 

  - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant 

  - Platform Developer II (preferred) 

• Experience with Contact & Consent Master (CCM) or enterprise consent frameworks. 

• Knowledge of Java, REST APIs, OAuth, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Copado). 

 

Education 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
