Parts Advisor - Bardon, Leicester
* up to £14.50 per hour + Bonus Scheme
Monday to Friday
06:00 – 14:00 ( half an hour unpaid lunch break )
Saturday mornings 1 in 3 @ overtime, time and a half (up to £21.75 per hour)

What will you bring
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (commercial vehicle experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
What will you be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Advising customers and workshop staff on parts availability and suitability
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and returns
- Using Volvo systems to identify and order parts
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts department
