The team is growing, and Volvo Construction Equipment is looking for 2 Business coordinator for a permanent contract within Compact Business Unit Organization.

 

Possible locations: Belley (France), Eskilstuna (Sweden), Konz (Allemagne).

 

What you will do:


At VCE,

 

You will play a pivotal role in connecting markets and our Compact Business Unit (CBU), acting as a trusted business partner and facilitator.

 

  • You will represent both the interests of our dealers and the CBU, ensuring a seamless flow of information and collaboration.
  • Your work will support building strong partnerships with dealers, producing accurate forecasting and order execution, and providing valuable business intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
  • You will be at the heart of commercial and operational discussions, working closely with sales, production, and regional teams to maximize market performance and deliver the best possible results for our compact equipment business.

Who are you?

 

The role requires experience in business coordination, sales, or operations, ideally gained within a dealer network or a manufacturing environment. It demands solid knowledge in both commercial and technical aspects of the business, along with strong analytical skills and a keen business acumen.

We expect you to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in an international environment. Familiarity with SAP systems, Datawarehouse, and Power BI, as well as knowledge of Sales to Order and Order to Delivery processes, is appreciated.

Experience in business analysis, forecasting, or supply chain is also considered as a strong asset for this position.
