Salary: £26,000- £30,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
At Renault Trucks, we keep businesses moving. Our dealerships provide service, maintenance and support to customers who rely on their vehicles every day. We are now looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bellshill and help deliver a professional and welcoming experience for everyone who visits or contacts our site.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys being part of a small, busy team; no two days will be the same! Teamwork is key and working together to achieve results will ensure our customers receive the best service.
What you will do
You will be multi-tasking, from booking in vehicles to updating customers with progress reports, invoicing, and administration support for the Service and Parts Managers.
- Greeting customers in a courteous manner, interpreting their requirements and completing necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
- Scheduling routine maintenance for customers using our internal systems
- Monitoring the Work In Progress (WIP) to keep it under control
- Keeping customers updated with likely completion times and contacting customers to inform them of any additional work required
- Issuing accurate quotations to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
- Liaising with the workshop to develop service contract opportunities

Who are you?
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Confident in managing enquiries through phone calls, email and internal systems
- Good communicator, both written and oral
- Customer-focused and great at building strong working relationships
- Computer literate, particularly with Excel & Word, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
- Experience within a Vehicle Dealership and knowledge of vehicle booking systems and times (advantageous)
