Salary: £8.50 per hour (£17,680 per year)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What This Apprenticeship Is All About
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll work with our Truck Sales team and learn how a real commercial business operates. You’ll gain hands‑on experience and even get involved with big industry events like RTX Scotland and Truckfest Scotland.
Alongside your job, you’ll work towards completing the SVQ in Business and Administration (SCQF Level 5, with the opportunity to progress to Level 6) through our training partner GTG. This nationally recognised qualification is a brilliant start to any career in business, sales, or customer service.
Entry Requirements
To apply, you’ll need:
- GCSE or National 5 (Grade A–C / Level 5) in English and Maths
- The ability to travel to our Bellshill site
- No previous apprenticeship or degree in business/administration

- A driving licence is useful, but not essential
- You have an interest in vehicles or the automotive industry
You’ll get to work with lots of different colleagues in the Bellshill team, as well as suppliers and event teams.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll be an important part of our sales and rental operations. Your daily tasks may include:
- Processing new truck orders
- Helping with rental fleet compliance and service administration
- Updating customer information in our systems (CRM)
- Preparing reports
- Helping coordinate vehicle movements
- Working with engineers and suppliers to prepare vehicles
- Supporting invoicing and vehicle registration tasks
- Keeping paperwork and records accurate
- Helping with customer surveys, demonstrations and general admin tasks
You’ll learn how trucks move from order to delivery, and see exactly how the transport industry works.
