Are you looking for a REAL challenge?
Are you driven by a passion to solve mobility issues for a more sustainable world?
Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a newly established joint venture of three international corporations?

If so, please read this job description:

As one of the initial members of our German team, you will support sales from defining customized offers to implementing solutions on-site with our customers, working closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.

Your Responsibilities:

Your task will be to collaborate with sales and customers to develop a unique, tailored solution optimizing the driver's physical workspace (the vehicle) and seamlessly integrating the vehicle into our innovative software and service solution.

This solution enables centralized, optimal control of drivers, fleet, and goods. It includes among others, a 24/7 breakdown service, predictive maintenance, charging management, driver suite, route planning, and goods management. The scope and design of these modules will be adapted to fit the customer's processes, existing systems, and requirements, aiming to provide a process- and cost-optimized solution that significantly reduces the customer's CO₂ footprint.

  • Together with relevant departments, translate customer requirements into structured project plans to steer your projects.
  • Ensure each defined offer is delivered in agreed quality and on time.
  • Close collaboration with the vehicle project team, engineers, service and IT solution teams, and organizing co-construction workshops with our customers are integral parts of your role.
  • Continuously work on improving individual customer solutions and further educate yourself internally and externally in urban logistics.

What you bring:

  • Ideally, you have experience in project management in fields such as logistics, trucks/transportation, leasing and financing, fleet management, electromobility (charging, vehicles), or automotive software and online solutions.
  • You can integrate customer-specific and often complex requirements into a structured, cross-departmental and cross-topic project plan.
  • You have strong customer orientation, a high willingness to learn, and an agile work approach.
  • As a true team player, your goal is to always seek better solutions and support each other.
  • You are highly familiar with remote work using MS Office applications like Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the CRM tool Salesforce.
  • You speak fluent English and German and enjoy working in an international team and environment.

Regular Travel:
Projects may require customer visits within Germany and France. Regular internal events for training or personal exchange may also partly take place in person.

What We Offer:

The products, services, systems, experiences, and colleagues of our investors provide us with a strong platform to develop a unique solution for our customers in urban logistics and last-mile delivery as an agile, independent start-up.
We offer you the opportunity to contribute your experience and creativity to exciting projects with demanding customers, within a team of like-minded individuals who value their work-life balance. An attractive compensation package commensurate with your professional experience and 30 days of vacation are included.

If you are ready to join our dedicated team and revolutionize the market of urban logistics and last-mile delivery, we look forward to receiving your application!
