What you will do

We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join our Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) team in Blacktown. This role ensures the smooth operation of our warranty parts process and supports the broader workshop team with cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and general warehousing duties.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

•    Daily registering and tagging of all warranty parts for return or disposal
•    Maintaining a well-organised and compliant warranty parts store
•    Cleaning and upkeep of workshop equipment, walkways, and communal areas to meet OHS standards
•    Supporting pre-delivery and workshop operations with general warehousing and yard duties
•    Reporting defects and damage around the workshop area
•    Maintaining accurate records in line with VGA and VCVA standards
•    Participating in recycling and environmental initiatives
•    Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, cleanliness, and a proactive attitude. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll also work closely with parts interpreters, technicians, and the warranty administration team.

Who are you?

You’re practical, hands-on, and thrive in a busy workshop setting. You’ll bring:


•    High school certificate (minimum); relevant tertiary or trade qualifications are a bonus
•    Experience with workshop tooling, including their use and identification
•    Basic computer skills
•    Understanding of machinery and workshop safety practices
•    Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
•    HR truck and/or forklift licence (desirable)
•    A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
