What you will do
At Global Product & Technical Support you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
With a clear customer focus and passion for our products, the Technical Product Specialists role is to provide expert technical support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of their equipment. Uptime is key.
The job primarily involves daily contact with Regions and Dealers to provide Technical support on electric and software system related issues on Articulated Haulers.
You will also play an active role in the Quality Process and participate in product maintenance teams. Another part of the job is participation in projects to assure that Aftermarket needs will be fulfilled, to build new knowledge and to be prepared for upcoming support needs with new functionality and technologies. You will also participate in the development of technical service literature linked to the quality work.
The job involves occasional travel both domestically and internationally. The position is located in Braås.

Who are you?
You have experience from construction equipment industry and preferably practical experience with heavy vehicles, their electric and electronic systems and related support tools.
The Technical Product Specialist is in a unique position that enjoys close contact with dealers and customers, as well as with a world class engineering organization. To fill the part, great technical knowledge and analytical abilities need to be combined with good communication and teamwork skills. Customer focus, a desire to learn and develop, as well as full proficiency in English (spoken and written) completes the picture.
Additional languages skills are a merit but is not a requirement.
