Área Sales Manager - Buses

 

El objetivo principal del ASM es dar soporte comercial al desarrollo del plan de ventas de Buses en Argentina, asegurando una gestión integral del negocio, con foco en:

 

  • Desarrollo de clientes y flotas
  • Gestión y acompañamiento de concesionarios
  • Coordinación con carroceros locales
  • Mejora continua de procesos comerciales
  • Incremento de la satisfacción del cliente

 

 Este rol combina una mirada estratégica con fuerte presencia en campo, networking y gestión directa de relaciones comerciales clave.

 

Sus principales responsabilidades son

 

  • Contacto diario con los concesionarios y las distintas áreas de la compañía                                                                                                             
  • Seguimiento semanal de la cartera de clientes de flota                                                                                              
  • Seguimiento mensual de operaciones comerciales retail                                                                                                         
  • Elaboración y ejecución del plan de acción para la conquista de nuevos clientes                                                                                                   
  • Recepción de reclamos de clientes y concesionarios                                                                                                  
  • Elaboración de propuestas de mejora y documentación de procesos para dar claridad al flujo comercial                                                                                                      
  • Visitas regulares a carroceros locales para desarrollo y búsqueda de oportunidades comerciales                                                                                                
  • Coordinación de actividades entre carroceros locales e ingeniería de Volvo 
  • Seguimiento de avances de producción con Brasil 

 

Requisitos                      

                                                                                              

  • Formación académica

Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico o cerreras afines                                              

                                                                                                                           

  • Experiencia                                                               

Mínimo 3 años en posiciones cmerciales en rubro automotriz, Industria pesada, maquinarias de construccion o maquinaria industrial.                               

  • Idiomas:

Inglés intermedio excluyente

Portugués intermedio deseable                                                     

               

  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas Microsoft 365: Excel PowerPoint (excluyente), Power Bi (deseable)"                                                   
  • Conocimiento de herramientas financieras
  • Conocimiento de mecánica automotriz básica pesada
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (2–3 viajes mensuales a Rosario)

Se valorará conocimientos técnicos de camiones y buses.
