Demand Planner & BI Analyst

Volvo Trucks & Buses Argentina se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Demand Planner & BI Analyst para sumarse al equipo Comercial.

Su misión será garantizar la planificación, programación y seguimiento de los pedidos de camiones y buses 0 km, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega, la optimización de recursos y la mejora continua. Tendrá un rol clave en el manejo y análisis de datos de mercado, así como en la generación de informes estratégicos para la toma de decisiones del área de ingeniería de ventas y comercial.

Dentro de sus principales tareas se encuentran:

• Planificar, programar y controlar los pedidos de camiones y buses 0 km.
• Coordinar y negociar con fábrica el plan de producción mensual y anual, considerando variables comerciales, de mercado y lineamientos del Grupo Volvo.
• Analizar datos del mercado, proporcionando información clave al equipo de ingeniería y comercial para la definición de estrategias conjuntas.
• Confeccionar, dar seguimiento y actualizar indicadores de gestión para el área Comercial.
• Desarrollar herramientas basadas en Microsoft 365 para mejorar procesos internos y contribuir a la mejora continua en VTBA.

Buscamos estudiantes avanzados de Ingeniería Industrial o Mecánica. Con experiencia de al menos 2 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en entornos industriales, productivos o comerciales.

Idiomas y Herramientas

• Inglés intermedio.
• Portugués deseable.
• Dominio avanzado de Microsoft 365.
• Manejo de Power BI para análisis y visualización de datos.
• Conocimientos deseables en PCP, procesos productivos y mecánica automotriz básica.
