Pasante de Seguridad, Salud y medio ambiente

En Volvo Trucks and Buses nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a pasante para brindar soporte al área de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (HSE), colaborando en el seguimiento de indicadores y la gestión documental del sistema, asegurando la implementación de programas de mejora continua y la promoción de un entorno de trabajo seguro.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Colaborar en el seguimiento y reporte de indicadores de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
• Participar en inspecciones y recorridas de seguridad en las instalaciones.
• Asistir en la organización y ejecución de campañas de concientización y capacitaciones.
• Ayudar en la gestión documental del sistema (actualización de procedimientos, registros, reportes).
• Acompañar la implementación de programas de mejora continua.
• Dar soporte en la gestión de residuos y otros aspectos ambientales.
• Elaboración y análisis de dashboards en Power BI y reportes en Excel.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante de Ingeniería (Industrial, Ambiental, Seguridad e Higiene), Ciencias ambientales.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, macros básicas).
• Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Power BI (creación y análisis de dashboards).
• Perfil analítico, proactivo y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Conocimiento en Power Automate o herramientas de automatización (Deseable).
• Inglés (Deseable).
• No se requiere experiencia previa. Se valorará participación en proyectos universitarios, prácticas o actividades relacionadas a mejora de procesos o análisis de datos.

Modalidad:

La pasantía se llevará a cabo de manera presencial en Grand Bourg, en horario de 8:00 a 12:00 hs o de 13:00 a 17:00 hs.
