Hours : Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday as required
Are you a natural leader with a passion for the trucking industry? Volvo Trucks is looking for a dedicated and experienced Technician Supervisor to oversee and inspire our talented team of HGV technicians. Step into a role where you can lead with excellence and drive performance, all while working with some of the most advanced vehicles in the industry.
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday as required.
What you will do
Ready to take a step up in your role?
Working closely with and supervising a team of technicians in order to create high levels of morale and focus you will ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and with excellence in quality.
Ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times by working with each stage of the Volvo Service process.
You will be responsible for maximising the team performance through effective problem-solving, coaching & development
Effective communication with the Day Shift Supervisor, CSR’s and Parts department to ensure that technicians have valid job specifications and time budget prior to work commencing.
Who are you?
Do you have previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in HGV maintenance?
Are you able to manage and motivate a team of technicians in their daily duties?
Can you coach and provide support and guidance to your team of technicians?
Are you able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally?
You have the ability to prioritise tasks, manage workflow and meet deadlines in a busy workshop. You should have a good understanding and grasp of Microsoft office packages.
