Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational tasks to help maintain optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical assistance to users.
- Help diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software and network connectivity,
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, peripherals ..
- Creation of incidents at the SNOW service level including recording of user service requests/incidents.
- Contact IT service providers.
- Maintained inventory of computer equipment.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Windows desktop and server environments (10.11/2012-2016).
- Knowledge of MS Office and Office365 (SharePoint....),
- Knowledge of Cisco Materials (CCNA-based).
- Knowledge of the architecture of desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers... etc.
- Knowledge of server architecture, operating systems and computer networks.
- Experience in incident management at SNOW level (will be an asset).
