What you will do

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the People & Culture function during a maternity leave of 8 months. This temporary role is key to maintaining operational continuity and supporting our people strategy.

Who are you?

In this role, you will bring: 

Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on all People & Culture matters.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Enhance onboarding and employee engagement strategies.
Performance & Culture
• Design and manage performance management
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation strategy.
• Manage HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required knowledge & experience

Key Skills / Competencies:
• Proven leadership experience in HR, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage change, and work under pressure.

Education / Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compensation, talent development, and organizational design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
