What you will do
At Volvo Maroc, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
We are seeking a Services Support Coordinator under the direct guidance of our Services Offer & Uptime Manager. This internship is designed as an end-of-studies project, lasting six months, where you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Planning: Organization and planning of services.
- Customer contact: Inform customers about services and make workshop reservations (Vosp/campaign alerts).
- Management of service contracts (portfolio and administration).
- Handling of customer complaints.
- Quality assurance: Ensure the quality of service plans for all Volvo vehicles in coordination with workshops.
- Volvo GPS portfolio management
- Customer support: Support customers with Volvo service contracts and GPS.
Qualifications:
- BAC+2 with technical knowledge, preferably in mechanical education or Supply Chain
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and support the sales team in providing excellent service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and Arabic.
- Good command of English is a big plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Attention Details, accuracy in data entry, order management, and sales reporting.
