What you will do
As a member of our European Supplier Development leadership team you will be responsible for employee performance management, employee training and team development as a whole.
You will:
- Ensure strong employee motivation and satisfaction
- Build strong relationship with our suppliers that creates benefits for both parties
- Be part of creation and execution of Purchasing strategies
- Encouraging our suppliers for development and increase innovation
- Educate and mentor activities from cost to quality requirements
- Steer sustainability supply chain management programs and drive productivity improvement program such as VPS/Lean continuous improvement and Tailored improvement Programs
Who are you?
- You are agile, eager to learn and improve and have a positive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to create successful teams that see possibilities rather than problems
- Experienced in driving project management in an effective way and have knowledge about product development
- Good communication skills for easy interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good in managing and influencing others and have a sustainable mindset
- Comfortable with working in cross-functional teams and are able to work in remote management
Knowledge / Experience
- University degree in engineering or similar.
- Knowledge in supply chain management, Quality management and Lean manufacturing
- Good communication skills in English + local language
