What you will do
- Liderar y coordinar al equipo de bodega, asignando tareas, supervisando el desempeño y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operacionales.
- Garantizar la seguridad, el orden y la limpieza de la bodega, promoviendo el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de seguridad laboral.
- Gestionar el inventario, asegurando el control de existencias, la exactitud de los registros, la realización de inventarios y el seguimiento de diferencias.
- Coordinar el abastecimiento de herramientas, insumos y materiales, manteniendo niveles adecuados de stock y evitando quiebres que puedan afectar la continuidad operacional.
- Efectuar y supervisar las actividades de picking, asegurando la correcta selección, preparación, consolidación y entrega de materiales según los requerimientos.
- Administrar el pañol de herramientas, controlando su disponibilidad, registro, entrega, devolución, mantenimiento y buen estado.
- Supervisar la recepción, almacenamiento y despacho de repuestos, herramientas, materiales e insumos, asegurando que cada operación se realice de forma eficiente y precisa.
- Atender los requerimientos de clientes internos y externos, entregando un servicio oportuno, eficiente y orientado a sus necesidades.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y seguridad, optimizando los procesos de bodega, reduciendo pérdidas y aumentando la eficiencia operacional.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizados los registros e indicadores de gestión, incluyendo inventario, abastecimiento, picking, movimientos de materiales y cumplimiento operacional.
Who are you?
Buscamos un candidato con al menos 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, del rubro industrial o transportes. Con formación en áreas de Ingeniería, Administración o auditoria. Debes contar con nivel de Excel medio/avanzado. Enfoque en el cliente, mentalidad orientada a la ejecución y compromiso con la seguridad y la excelencia operativa, implementación de metodologías mejora continua y herramientas LEAN
Reportaras directamente al Gerente de sucursal Concepcion y Post Venta, trabajaras en estrecha relación con stakeholders, mantención y ventas, así como market company.
