About the role:

  • As a Senior Business Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the business, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring financial performance through strong planning, analysis, and control.
  • You’ll work closely and cross-functionally with the commercial teams, driving performance, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • This role requires a combination of analytical strength, business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:

  • Analyze and report financial performance across business areas
  • Support sales teams with commercial and financial insights
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual)
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive business performance
  • Enhance financial reporting and data visualization tools
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to the Managing Director and CFO

  • Clear, structured, and confident communicator and team player;
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with interest in process optimization and automation.

 

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance roles;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with SAP R/3, VGCS, Essbase and BI tools;
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
