About the role:
- As a Senior Business Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the business, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring financial performance through strong planning, analysis, and control.
- You’ll work closely and cross-functionally with the commercial teams, driving performance, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
- This role requires a combination of analytical strength, business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:
- Analyze and report financial performance across business areas
- Support sales teams with commercial and financial insights
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual)
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive business performance
- Enhance financial reporting and data visualization tools
- Provide ad hoc analysis to the Managing Director and CFO

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
- Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance roles;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with SAP R/3, VGCS, Essbase and BI tools;
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
