What you will do
Responsibilities will include:
- Drive negotiations and executive agreements with suppliers within the Facilities, Operations, and Investments segment
- Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies resulting in improved supply chain performance, enhanced product quality, innovative technology, and maximum value
- Contribute to segment business plan & be an active member in the global network of Buyers
- Collaborate with other members of the global supply chain to successfully develop and execute global supply chain and technology strategies
- Drive all relevant activities to deliver on Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk Management targets (QDCFTSR)
- Forecast cost evolution for scope of responsibilityManage and negotiate product/processes changes during production phase and post-production phases
- Perform daily purchasing activities related to production orders, logistics, and financial flows to the suppliers

Who are you?
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong experience in strategic purchasing (e.g. end-to-end supplier relationship management, sourcing, negotiations, contracts) or business development (client relationship management, negotiations, etc.) experience
- Experience within the manufacturing industry
- Proven negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Strong business acumen, agile in way of working
- Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach
- Desire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purpose
- Strong team player with the ability to lead
- Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Motivated by change management and ability to drive change
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience
- Multicultural experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
