What you will do

 

You will play a strategic role in the development and execution of insurance-related initiatives, working in a cross-functional manner between the brokerage, bank, factory, and business areas of the Volvo Group. This position combines project management, data analysis, customer journey improvement, and support for the commercial strategy, with a strong focus on efficiency, growth, and excellence in customer experience.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and support strategic projects within the insurance area, from conception through implementation, ensuring timelines, alignment, and results.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer journey, in partnership with internal areas and Volvo Group stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize commercial prospecting, including:
    • Quotation tools (100% quotation, fleet solutions, and Connected Insurance);
    • Planning and execution calendar with the dealership network;
    • Ongoing interface with the commercial team.
  • Maintain close relationships with Volvo Group business areas, identifying opportunities and synergies.
  • Develop analyses and management reports by integrating data from the factory, bank, and brokerage to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive presentations and performance monitoring materials for the business.

Mandatory Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in the insurance market, especially auto insurance.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis.
  • Analytical, organized profile with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Clear and objective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Availability for travel.


  • Nice to Have

    • Spanish proficiency.
    • Postgraduate degree.
    • Previous experience in project management or transformation initiatives.
    • Experience working in matrix structures or complex corporate environments.
