What you will do

At Data Scientist  you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will: 

Develop and maintain predictive models (risk, claims, segmentation). Translate complex business problems into data-driven insights and analytical solutions. Work with a mix of structured and less standardized data, performing data exploration, validation, and transformation. Leverage modern analytics platforms, including Databricks, to build scalable solutions. Analyze operational and behavioral truck data to identify patterns and opportunities. Support actuarial modeling through advanced analytics and feature engineering. Structure and integrate multiple data sourcesBuild and maintain:
  • dashboards
  • reports
  • monitoring frameworks (models and business performance)
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to business stakeholdersContinuously improve data quality and support data capture processes

 

Your future team

You will be part of a cross-functional team combining business, actuarial, data, and operations capabilities, working closely with:

  • Business Development (product and strategy)
  • Actuarial (pricing and risk validation)
  • Operations (processes and data quality)

The team is focused on building a new way of understanding and pricing insurance risk, with direct visibility and impact on leadership decisions.

 

Who are you?

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with real-world, imperfect datasets.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics
  • Strong programming skills (Python) and statistical modeling knowledge
  • Experience working with complex, real-world data
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks is a strong plus)
  • Experience in insurance, mobility, logistics, or financial services (preferred)
  • A builder mindset, comfortable owning problems end-to-end
