What you will do
At Data Scientist you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- dashboards
- reports
- monitoring frameworks (models and business performance)
Your future team
You will be part of a cross-functional team combining business, actuarial, data, and operations capabilities, working closely with:
- Business Development (product and strategy)
- Actuarial (pricing and risk validation)
- Operations (processes and data quality)
The team is focused on building a new way of understanding and pricing insurance risk, with direct visibility and impact on leadership decisions.
Who are you?
We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with real-world, imperfect datasets.
You bring:
- Strong experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics
- Strong programming skills (Python) and statistical modeling knowledge
- Experience working with complex, real-world data
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks is a strong plus)
- Experience in insurance, mobility, logistics, or financial services (preferred)
- A builder mindset, comfortable owning problems end-to-end
Key capabilities

- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts (data pipelines, structuring, transformation)
- Analytical creativity and curiosity
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights
