Who are you?
We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join our Vehicle Motion and Thermal Management team within Vehicle Technology. This is your opportunity to work on next-generation electrohydraulic steering systems that power tomorrow’s trucks and transport solutions.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and agile development. From day one, you’ll be supported by passionate colleagues and empowered to make a real impact.
Your daily activities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead the development of electrohydraulic steering systems for global platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical product quality issues
- Create and execute validation and project timing plans
- Participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations, DFMEA, and cybersecurity evaluations
- Release product documentation (3D models, drawings, technical descriptions, etc.)
- Collaborate across global teams in Sweden, India, France, and the USA
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement
Relevant Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in automotive vehicle dynamics
- Experience in 3D CAD tools
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of truck systems and steering technologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
