What you will do
We are looking for a Group Manager with passion to lead both technology and people. To develop technology for sustainable and pioneering electronic and software products and services for future transport solutions. At the same develop our people, making this area a great place for people to grow.
Your areas of responsibility will be Driver Interaction & infotainment (DI&I).
You will lead and develop a group responsible for developing solutions that provides the driver with safe and premium user experience through easy controls and the right information. Acting with clear sense of ownership for the holistic HMI (human-machine interface), gain insight into our customer needs and identify opportunities that benefit the customer.

In this position, you will report to the Director of Vehicle Technology Curitiba and you will work in close proximity to the Global Technology Manager (closely working with Gothenburg & Bangalore, as well as Greensboro and Lyon sites).

Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar;
- Embedded systems – solid experience in hardware components (ECU’s, sensors, actuators and wiring harnesses) and SW development and verification (including SW architecture, communication protocols, diagnostics). Knowledge of CAN protocol and tools (e.g. CANalyzer,CANoe);
- To manage this, you love cross functional work, and you will easily build the network with stakeholders;
- Automotive knowledge – Understanding how different systems in a truck/car interacts and work together;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Meritorious to have:
- Solid experience as team leader;
- Experience from leading hardware and software teams in agile development;
- Project management - Good skills in leadership, planning, communication and stakeholder management;
- International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization;
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, power BI and requirement tools;
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop and vehicle testing;
- Good knowledge of software programming languages like C, C++, C# and Python;
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. LIN, J1939, J1587, UDS and Ethernet).
- Experience with supplier management.
