As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor labor relations policies across multiple companies and unions within the group.
- Lead collective bargaining processes, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with labor laws and union conventions.
- Develop and ensure alignment between Labor Relations policies and company practices.
- Plan and lead negotiation processes with unions, managing collective labor agreements.
- Act as a strategic partner with People & Culture Business Partners (P&CBP) to provide solutions for organizational needs.
- Provide expertise and support on labor issues across P&C subsystems.
- Partner with People & Culture teams to align labor strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and support for complex employee relations matters, including terminations, union interactions and leadership support.
- Manage relationships with union representatives, fostering constructive dialogue and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance channel in investigations and ensure proper follow-up.
- Represent the company in interactions with governmental entities, including handling notifications, audits and proper reporting.
- Stay ahead of labor legislation and regulatory changes, proactively advising the organization on necessary adjustments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Labor Relations processes.
- Oversee Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in the Time Keeping ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support on Time Keeping demands with definitions, analysis and organizational needs.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing and cross-cultural environments.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience in change management and project management.
- Strong analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills.
- Strong consultative and advisory skills, with the ability to guide and support various P&C functions.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to navigating challenges and driving impactful outcomes.
- Advanced communication skills in English and advanced Excel knowledge are mandatory.
- Proven Labor & Employee Relations Experience
- Knowledge of HR systems and labor legislation, with expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks,
- Experience in managing BPO contracts is a plus.
