What you will do
- Ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality execution of insurance operations across the full value chain
- Manage the full policy lifecycle, including issuance, endorsements, and maintenance
- Oversee end-to-end claims handling, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary operational interface with insurers, dealers, clients, and claims service providers
- Coordinate claims management processes and drive effective resolutions
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and continuous service quality improvement
- Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support the rollout and operationalization of new insurance products
- Enhance operational data capture and quality to support analytics and decision-making
Your Future Team
You will be part of the insurance operations structure, reporting to a Director and working closely with Business Development, Data & Risk Hub, and Commercial teams, while interacting extensively with external partners across the insurance ecosystem.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in insurance operations, claims management, or process management
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end operations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong execution capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience with process improvement and scalability initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
