If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

About Us

Do you have a passion for digital systems, user experience, and enabling people across Latin America to access the right tools at the right time?

Volvo Trucks Latin America is looking for a Regional Portal Owner (RPO) to join our Services Development & Uptime team in Curitiba, Brazil.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital systems, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Volvo's digital services ecosystem across Latin America.

At Volvo Group, we believe sustainable and efficient transport is vital for society to prosper. Collaboration, innovation, and diversity enable us to move faster and tackle challenges that matter most.

Within Volvo Trucks Latin America, our Services Development & Uptime team is responsible for building the digital backbone that empowers our dealer network and customers. The Regional Portal Owner plays a central role in this mission, bridging business needs, digital platforms, and people across a highly diverse region.

This is an on-site role in Curitiba, where you will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and people development.

What you will do ?

As Regional Portal Owner, you will be responsible for user administration, portal governance, and digital enablement across Volvo’s key platforms — including Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and cTDI. You will work closely with dealers, workshops, and internal stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access, and that our digital tools are used to their full potential.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing user administration across Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and cTDI — including creating, updating, and removing user profiles and access rights.
  • Appointing, training, and supporting User Administrators at dealers and workshops throughout the region.
  • Coordinating with the Central Portal Owner (CPO) on User Administrator profiles, change requests, and system updates.
  • Supporting the application process by requesting or confirming the opening of new applications in Trucks Portal in cooperation with regional business owners.
  • Promoting the usage of Trucks Portal, Portal Editor, and connected services across the Market Company, dealer, and workshop network.
  • Creating and prioritizing Change Requests for platform improvements in cooperation with the CPO.
  • Monitoring support cases and driving initiatives to reduce their volume through process improvement.

Who Are You ?

You are a structured, relationship-driven professional who combines strong digital fluency with a service mindset. You are comfortable navigating complex systems, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and working across time zones and cultures. Your high personal integrity and proactive communication style make you a trusted point of contact for dealers, workshops, and internal teams alike.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of the Volvo business and the dealer/workshop network in the region.
  • Experience working with web-based platforms, user administration systems, or digital services.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and comfort working across organizational levels.
  • High personal integrity and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and/or cTDI is a strong advantage.
