Who are you?
• You have at least three years of significant experience in implementing and troubleshooting SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, People Analytics, or Integration.
• You hold a university degree or equivalent and possess complete proficiency in English.
• You demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, prioritizing customer value and an end-to-end service mindset.
• You are passionate about driving strategic and technological transformation, with a focus on achieving real impact.
• You are familiar with project management and maintenance management principles and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
• You are a team player who values knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
What you will do
As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you'll collaborate with global teams across HR and IT within an agile methodology to optimize HR processes and deliver tailored solutions, while managing projects and ongoing support for seamless integration. The Product team, working closely with key roles, ensures that SuccessFactors solutions align with business needs, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Your primary focus will be on the SuccessFactors SaaS application, particularly in one or more of the following areas:
• Employee Central: Drive the change management and optimization of core HR functionalities.
• Recruiting: Enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experiences.
• Onboarding: Streamline onboarding processes for new employees.
• People Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights for HR strategies.
• Integration: Collaborate on integrating SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions. Your strong HR process knowledge will enable you to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, managing both one-time and runtime deliveries in an application management context.
• Customize SuccessFactors solutions to align with specific business needs.
• Facilitate change management, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Area Owner, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Digital Product Manager to support and enhance applications.
• Assist in identifying competence and development needs within the team, promoting skills enhancement and knowledge sharing.
• Organize and lead knowledge transfer sessions to foster a collaborative team environment.
