Business & Operational Services (B&OS) resides within Product Safety & Certification at Complete Vehicle, Group Trucks Technology (GTT).

 

We are a global team located in Gothenburg, Lyon, Curitiba and Bangalore supporting all GTT sites. Our team catalyze and facilitate change to improve performance and customer value by providing services within auditing, management systems, change management and continuous improvement.

 

We plan, execute, and follow up both internal as well as external management system audits connected to ISO 9001/14001 in close collaboration with the GTT Executive Management Team. 

 

What we can offer you:
As a Quality & Environmental Process Excellence Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and potential risks of the processes of Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) through process performance assessments and analysis. You are also contributing to ensure quality and environmental compliance and certification of GTT towards ISO 9001 / 14001 and relevant standards. You will join a senior and diverse team, consisting of dedicated, forward-leaning and highly skilled professionals. You will in this position report to the Director of Business & Operational Services.

Your focus will be to:

  • Perform process assessments and analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure the GTT management system meets the ISO requirements on quality and environment (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001). 
  • Act as Cybersecurity Management System auditor towards ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155
  • Act as lead auditor for GTT, aligning business needs and establishing a strong connection between audit criteria and the company strategies, potential risks / opportunities, and performance indicators. Globally auditing GTT processes and selected processes cross Volvo Group.
  • Catalyze and facilitate process improvements in dialogue and close co-operation with concerned Process
  • Managers/Owners, Line Managers and other stakeholders.  
  • Contribute to develop Business & Operational Services as a high performing team, sharing your experience and utilizing best practices.
  • On-site support in Curitiba with an understanding of the local interface to the global management system

You are adept and capable of actively engaging with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and have the ability to build sustainable and trustful relationships and networks. 

 

Other important competencies for the position:

  • Master of science or equivalent in a relevant field (Business adm, Engineering)
  • A successful record as internal lead auditor, IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001 
  • Expert knowledge and experience of relevant standards and requirements
  • Experience from driving change management initiatives and working with continuous improvement
  • Experience from driving projects in a multi-cultural / cross-functional environment
  • Experience in coaching
