What you will do:
At Volvo Penta, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. As part of the Volvo Penta Marine Organization, you will:

Be part of the Marine Organization in Brazil, with responsibility across the South America region;

Drive the achievement of parts sales revenue and margin targets, with a strong focus on aftermarket growth;

Lead the strategic management of dealer accounts, fostering strong partnerships and driving business expansion through the distribution network;
-
Support the development and performance of the dealer network, enhancing capabilities and ensuring consistent execution;
-
Promote and develop new business opportunities by leveraging dealer capabilities, ensuring alignment with Volvo Penta’s commercial strategy and market approach;
-
Play a critical role in identifying aftermarket potential, increasing parts penetration, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through lifecycle support.
Your future team
You will join the Marine Market Unit Brazil, a dynamic and high-performing team responsible for driving VolvoPenta’s marine business in the country and South American markets.
Who are you?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B or technical environments;

Strong experience in Technical Sales and Aftermarket Parts Management;

Solid understanding of Revenue and Margin Management;
-
Experience in B2B Business Development and Consultative Selling;
-
Strong Dealer and Stakeholder Management skills, including Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
- Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Availiability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
