What you will do:
The Regional Sales Representative for Volvo Buses Brazil is responsible for supporting customers and dealerships aligned with the company’s performance goals.This role acts as a key facilitator, interfacing with internal teams in quality, engineering, production, finance, sales administration, and marketing, representing Volvo's interests across brazilian market. The objectives for this position are closely tied to sales volume, market share, and profitability.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Enabling and optimizing bus product sales through negotiations with customers and dealerships.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the processes of the brand in different regions.
- Planning and managing regional sales strategies.
- Tracking and overseeing the objectives of the Business Plan and Operational Plan.
- Establishing interfaces with financial partners (Volvo Financial Services and others).
- Collaborating with bodybuilders.
- Actively participating in technical and commercial forums (regulatory bodies, trade fairs, etc.).

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- Professional experience in sales or related activities (customer interaction).
- Knowledge of financial management and business indicators.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
- Action-oriented mindset with a constant drive for achieving the best results.
- Proactivity.
- Assertive communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
- Technical knowledge of bus products (mandatory).
- Experience in customer, importer, dealership, and bodybuilder relationships.
- English (advanced) and Spanish (desireable).
