Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
Who we are
We are a dynamic and collaborative organization operating in a fast-paced industrial environment, where finance plays a key role in supporting business decisions and driving performance. Our teams work closely with operational and engineering areas, contributing not only through financial analysis, but also through partnership, business understanding and continuous improvement initiatives.
We value proactive professionals who are curious about the business, comfortable navigating across different functions and organizational levels and motivated by building strong relationships and delivering meaningful impact. Collaboration, ownership, accountability and a solution-oriented mindset are important aspects of our culture.
In our environment, finance is expected to go beyond reporting activities — acting as a trusted business partner that helps connect operational performance, strategic priorities and financial results.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to support our industrial and operational areas.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business and operational decisions through financial analysis, insights and close collaboration with different stakeholders across the organization.
You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Operations and other business functions, helping teams better understand their costs, performance drivers, risks and opportunities. The role requires someone capable of navigating complex environments, influencing discussions and translating financial insights into clear and actionable conversations with both operational teams and leadership.
The position includes active participation in monthly closing activities, variance analysis, estimate and forecasting processes, management reporting and cost reduction initiatives. You will also support product-related discussions, including product costing analyses, R&D initiatives and business cases connected to operational and strategic projects.
Who are you?
- We are looking for a senior professional with solid experience in financial planning and controlling activities, including strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, monthly reporting routines and forecasting processes.
- Previous experience in industrial finance or manufacturing environments is considered an important advantage.
- Knowledge related to product costing, product development financials, or financial support for R&D initiatives is also highly valued.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as the position requires close interaction with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
- Beyond technical competencies, we are looking for someone with strong professional maturity, collaboration skills and a genuine business partnership mindset.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable leading projects and driving improvements, able to manage multiple priorities independently and genuinely interested in understanding how financial and operational performance connect.
