The position
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with powerful base in serverless tech stack and a unique technical background in software engineering.
You will join a diverse team of pioneers taking a new service idea towards a commercial solution. Your team will act very much like a small venture within the company and your activities will range from designing & building the new service as well as testing and maintaining the application.
You will support and drive the technical decisions for your product team. You value simplicity and are willing to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
You will work in close collaboration together with Product Owners, User Experience designers, Front and Back-End Developers and Business Analysts.

- Ensuring that business and user needs are combined with solid technical solution
- Identify and remove technical impediments, in collaboration with the Digital Architects
- Provide the teams with policies and guidelines regarding software engineering practices to ensure stability, scalability, and performance
- Code, bring you passion and skills to the rest of the team
Your profile
As a person you are passionate about creating new smart services and ready to contribute with new ideas powered by your interest in new developments and technologies. You have an open mindset, a willingness to explore, a problem-solving attitude, resourcefulness and adaptability. Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
- Hold a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-Years’ Experience as Software Engineer as part of a DevOps team developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on AWS.
- Practical experience of integration architecture incl. API gateways and APIs (REST, graphQL)
- Knowledge in asynchronous programming, micro service architecture, AWS managed service like Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, AWS lambda
- Strong interest in process improvements and ability to create structure
- A team player with a great sense of owner mentality
- A curious and innovative mindset
- Experience of front end interfaces (React) and Back-end development (JAVA)
- Experience of digital channels or fleet management systems is a plus
- Experience from mobile (connected) applications is also a great advantage
- Good communication skills for management and team communication
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
