What you will do

Electrical & Electronics, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

As a Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge products through comprehensive testing for current and new propulsion systems. Your holistic view, curiosity, resilience, and dedication to seeking efficiency and creativity in improving our test methods will be key to our success. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in shaping the test environment and verification strategies for the global community.
In this position, you will be part of an agile team and will be
responsible for running test routines and configuring the test environment to verify and validate that the electrical system is fulfilling its objectives and expected behaviors for the local and global products.

 

Other main activities will include:

 

  • Perform system verification - in HIL (Hardware-in-the-loop) equipment and vehicles – and provide status reports, elaborate problem reports, perform critical analysis, and draw conclusions from delivered test results;
  • Develop automated test methods; create and update test scope, test specifications, and test cases;
  • Deliver HIL RIGs configuration and maintenance;
  • Interface and support project leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders for planning, performing, and reporting verification;
  • Participate in the cross-functional team's sprint demo meetings, ensuring a critical look at the development to match configuration criteria;
  • Interface with several colleagues and stakeholders in our multi-site organization, creating strong networks driving proactive and constructive cooperation;
  • Actively propose and initiate actions on continuous improvement.

enjoy interacting with people of different backgrounds and organizational belongings and as well you must realize the importance of customers, production, and quality requirements within product development.

  

Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:

  • Master of Science (equivalent to an engineering degree in Brazil) - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent;
  • Experience with HIL Rig development and/or verification;
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like C, C++, and Python;
  • Good knowledge of specific tools such as:
    • Matlab/Simulink,
    • Measurement,calibration, and diagnostic software(VISION,INCA…),
    • CANalyzer;
    • Jenkins;
    • Git;
  • Previous experience with dSpace tools will be considered merit;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (Written & Verbal).
