What you will do

The main purpose of a finance graduate role is to develop early-career talent into capable financial professional while supporting the organisations financial decision making.

 

Job Objectives:

 

  • Assisting with and coordinating the GRN process 
  • Execute master data updates in GL and Accounts Payable.
  • Provide support and participate in improvement activities.
  • Creating Purchase order (P+) monthly SLA’s, stationery and other consumables.
  • Ensure fulfilment of internal control requirements (grn and purchase order processes).
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets.
  • Reconciling deferred VAT and Customs Duty accounts.
  • Monthly supplier reconciliations.
  • Support with month end closing activities and trends analysis.
  • Day-to-day team support with Adhoc activities.

Qualification:

 

  • Completed B Com Accounting degree.

  • Computer literacy. Microsoft 0365.
