In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver CEO communication, including speeches, town halls, leadership meetings, media support, thought leadership, and executive social media
  • Own and evolve corporate storytelling frameworks and leadership messaging platforms to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across audiences and channels
  • Lead communication strategy and execution for leadership and strategic forums, including business updates, leadership summits, and key stakeholder and leadership events
  • Serve as communications lead for NDA-restricted projects, partnerships, and other sensitive initiatives, ensuring confidentiality, governance, and aligned messaging
  • Co-create and align messaging with senior leaders across Volvo CE and Volvo Group and cross-functional stakeholders to drive understanding, alignment, and engagement

You operate with high integrity, discretion, and adaptability, staying calm and decisive in fast-moving, high-stakes situations and moments of change.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience advising senior leaders on communication, with the credibility, judgment, and confidence to challenge constructively at the highest level, preferably in an international environment
  • Flexible, calm, and resilient under pressure
