Do you want to lead people, develop production, and contribute to the sustainable industrial solutions of the future?
At Volvo Construction Equipment in Eskilstuna, you will work in a high-tech and international environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core. We are now looking for a Production Manager for our Machining Operations who wants to help develop both people and processes in one of Europe’s largest manufacturing plants.
In this role, you will hold a central position in production, responsible for ensuring a stable production flow, high quality, and an engaged team. Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role where you combine people, technology, and improvement work. You are a present and engaging leader who motivates others and creates the right conditions for the team to succeed.
We would like you to have several years of leadership experience from a manufacturing environment.
You are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented, driven by developing both the business and the people around you.
We believe you have:
- Experience in leadership within manufacturing or another flow-based operation
- Good understanding of production processes, preferably within machining or the engineering industry
- Experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving methods
- A coaching and inclusive leadership style
- The ability to work both operationally and strategically
Post-secondary education in engineering or production is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
You need to be able to communicate well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
