About the role
Do you want to shape the backbone of a global industrial system that powers the world’s infrastructure? We are seeking a Head of Volume Planning & Logistics to join our Global Operations Leadership Team and lead the orchestration of demand, supply, and logistics across our global network.
This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and transformation. You will oversee production planning and logistics for 14 global manufacturing sites, balancing time-to-market, cost, geopolitics, and sustainability. You will be the architect of how we align capacity, flexibility, and supply flows to deliver value to our customers and resilience to our business.
In this role, you will:
- Help orchestrate the global S&OP process, ensuring seamless integration between regions, suppliers, and operations.
- Lead, inspire and develop your team, consisting of leaders and experts.
- Shape the long-term industrial system, including footprint optimization, capacity investments, and risk management.
- Lead the global logistics agenda, driving efficiency and innovation across inbound, outbound, and internal flows.
- Advance material management practices, developing capabilities and systems for higher performance.
- Inspire a global community of experts and professionals, while contributing to the wider Operations leadership agenda.
Who are you?
We are looking for a leader who combines deep supply chain expertise with strategic vision, someone who can lead through complexity, influence across cultures, and inspire teams worldwide.
- Senior leadership experience in logistics, supply management, and S&OP in a multinational context.
- Proven ability to manage across operational, tactical, and strategic horizons.
- Experience with capacity planning, industrial footprint optimization, and logistics performance management.
- Strong leadership, networking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead through others in a global environment.
- Excellent communication ability, along with a high level of proficiency in English.
