Position Description and Responsibilities – Executive Summary

As Head of Launch & Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead the transformation of how we plan, orchestrate, and execute product and services marketing across Europe. This is not about isolated campaigns — it’s about building a structured, end‑to‑end approach to launches and lifecycle marketing that drives commercial impact.

You will lead a team of Marketing Business Partners and generalists – who work across the full project lifecycle from end to end - creating a model and standards where marketing is fully embedded in the business, connecting product, services, sales, and customer insights into clear, effective market execution. Success in this role means stronger launches, clearer value communication, and improved lifecycle performance that drives pipeline, adoption, and revenue.


What You Will Do

 

Build something that drives impact

  • Define and implement a clear launch and lifecycle marketing framework and standards across Europe, from strategy to execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team including Marketing Business Partners, dealer marcom, launch coordination, content and communication roles
  • Establish ways of working that connect business priorities with marketing execution, ensuring focus on outcomes, not activities

 

Act as one team with the business and markets

  • Position marketing as a trusted business partner, working closely with product and service business functions, market companies and the digital marketing specialist team
  • Ensure deep understanding of customer needs, segments, use cases, and product and services value propositions across the team
  • Enable strong collaboration across functions, simplifying complexity and aligning stakeholders around what drives value

 

Turn launches and lifecycle into growth drivers

  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of launches and lifecycle marketing, from idea to market impact
  • Strengthen how we communicate value and differentiate in competitive markets
  • Drive consistency and scalability while allowing flexibility for market needs
  • Translate insights into clear actions that improve adoption, engagement, and commercial results

  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating in complex, cross-functional environments

 

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in product and services marketing, launch management, and lifecycle marketing in complex B2B international environments
  • Experience leading teams that combine business and customer understanding with marketing execution
  • Strong track record of driving successful product and services launches and improving lifecycle performance
  • Ability to translate business priorities into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
  • Experience working closely with markets and business functions, driving alignment and results

 

Qualifications 

  • Extensive experience in marketing, product and services marketing
  • Senior leadership experience in international and matrix organizations
  • Strong business and customer understanding
  • Experience driving collaboration across markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead through change, build new capabilities, and drive transformation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
