One of our current People & Culture Partners is moving on to the role of Head of P&C for Support Functions on a Global Scale. Therefor we are now looking for a progressive, business-minded and human-centric Business Partner to join our team.
About the role
This is not an ordinary People & Culture Partner role.
As our People & Culture Partner, you will play a key role in driving the People & Culture agenda in close collaboration with leaders and colleagues across Volvo CE. The role is anchored in Technology, but highly cross-functional, with strong interfaces across the business. You will work close to the organization, translating strategy into action and helping turn ambition into concrete results.

With Volvo CE’s Strategy in focus, you will help drive the people agenda in a changing environment shaped by digitalization, electrification, automation, connectivity, and sustainable power solutions. You will also contribute to strengthening collaboration across Technology and other parts of the organization, helping build a unified and high-performing culture.
As a member of the People & Culture team, you will have responsibility for driving key people through processes and initiatives within areas such as Culture, Leadership, Competence, Performance, and Talent. You will support managers in translating strategy into people activities and follow through on actions that create real impact.
You will work in cross-functional networks in a global organization, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders from different functions and sites. Curiosity, presence, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential in this role. You will listen, learn, support, and help create the conditions for the future of Technology at Volvo CE.
You will:
- Coach and support leaders in performance, development, and talent and succession work
- Drive strategic initiatives cross functionally and within technology – creating actions relevant and usable for our organization
- Be an active member of management teams, supporting leaders in prioritizing, structuring and following through on people-related actions
- Support, influence and create movement in collaborating with leaders and teams in making culture tangible in everyday work, with trust and collaboration as key foundations
- Offer guidance within Swedish labor law and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

- You have a university degree in a relevant field.
- You have wide and broad proven experience in driving the People & Culture agenda, preferably in an international matrix organization.
- Strong Swedish and English skills are required.
