What you will do
At Volvo CE you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
Support our machines to have the best telematic solution there is. We are transforming our machines to handle data, connectivity and services to support our customers.
Connected Services is already established in the organization, but there is significant potential to further improve quality, shorten feedback loops, and reduce manual work. In this role, you will have both clear ownership and real influence, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on work in close collaboration with development teams, architects, and other key stakeholders.
This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, long-term thinking, and creating improvements that stand the test of time.

Who are you?

- Solid experience working in a System engineering role. Preferably in a software engineering environment.
- Experience in connectivity and Telematic domain
- A broad, holistic perspective on services covering tools, processes, people, and quality.
- The ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders across the organization.
- A curious and open mindset. You want to understand before you improve.
- Confidence in driving changes in an organization with multiple stakeholders and parallel priorities.
