Vi söker dig som har god erfarenhet av industin. Du har en god förmåga att prioritera och planera ditt arbete. Vi arbetar i projekt kopplat till involvering och förbättringsarbete inom den egna organisationen för att öka produktiviteten. Det innebär att du kommer få möjlighet att vara med att driva och påverka för att vi hela tiden ska utveckla både oss själva och verksamheten. Du kommer att tillhöra Härdverket och i arbetet ingår att löpande utveckla våra processer på avdelningen. Vi ställer därför krav på att du har mycket god kunskap i utrustning, system och värmebehandling.
Huvuduppgifter:
- Vara första instans vid störningsavhjälpning vid problemlösning mot produktion och på HV
- Utarbeta och uppdatera elementblad i samråd med teamet, Metodteknik, processtyrare och produktionsledare
- Kunna hantera och förstå olika gaser som finns i processen
- Stöd vid avvikelsehantering
- Medverka vid optimering av program i olika processer
- Stödja processtyrare vid stabilisering av processer, rationalisering och ständiga förbättringar av teknisk karaktär
- Framtagning av nya verktyg, utrustningar och program
- Implementera nya artiklar
- Kunna analysera och tolka resultat kopplat till materialanalyser i kaplabbet och mätrum
Kvalifikationer:
- God samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga
- Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office
- Goda kunskaper i ABB Robotsystem
- Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift
Varaktighet: Tillsvidare. Tillträde omgående enligt överenskommelse.
