Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.
This is the Volvo Group Graduate Program
A new era of manufacturing and R&D is here. Are you passionate about technology, eager to solve real business challenges, ready to drive innovation, and join our transformation journey? Then this Graduate program is for you! As part of the Graduate Program at Volvo Group, you will tackle real challenges from day one and contribute to the development of next-generation production solutions.
The 15-month Graduate Program combines 50% time in your home department with 50% dedicated program activities, giving you broad exposure across Volvo Group. Through local and international rotations, short-term assignments and targeted training in areas such as operations, engineering and purchasing, you will build a strong understanding of our business, brands and strategy. The program also includes direct customer exposure and encourages collaboration, knowledge-sharing and an end-to-end mindset, enabling you to contribute to transformation across the organization from day one.
Your future team
At the Remanufacturing team Volvo Parts, within Volvo Trucks Technology Industrial (TTI) in Flen, you will join a cross-functional manufacturing team with broad exposure to the business. Working closely with local management, operational teams and our global digital and IT networks, you will have the chance to take ownership of initiatives and shape how we work.
How you’ll contribute
In this role, you will drive digital transformation and operational efficiency by connecting data, systems and processes across the organization. Working within a smaller manufacturing site, embedded in a global network, means that you will play a key role in shaping how the site uses data, turning fragmented information into actionable insights. This enables faster and fact-based decisions.
You will structure data from internal and external sources to improve accessibility and transparency, developing dashboards, automated reporting and decision-support solutions along the way. You will also support cross-functional initiatives across production, logistics, quality, finance and other business areas. Translating business challenges into practical, scalable digital solutions is also part of your daily routine. Collaborating with local and global stakeholders will strengthen end-to-end visibility and data flows and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong transformation and collaborative mindset who is eager to learn, explore and understand the business. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace new challenges and ambiguity, and take ownership of your own development and growth.
With strong analytical skills, you take initiatives and drive tasks forward with determination while bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team. You combine an interest in technology and data with a strong understanding of people, processes and business needs.
You enjoy building relationships and leveraging a global network to create impact while working collaboratively across teams and functions. In addition, you contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively sharing knowledge, exchanging insights and supporting the development of others.
To qualify for the Graduate program, you:
- Have completed a bachelor or master’s degree prior to the start of the program but not more than three years ago
