Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we are seeking a Business Development Analyst – Commercial Strategy & AI to drive growth, efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.

What you will do

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, financial modeling, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will develop commercial models, design AI-driven workflows, and deliver performance insights to support senior leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilites: 

• Build pricing models and business cases for new customers and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze financial performance metrics to identify growth, efficiency, and profitability opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses for business development leadership.
• Support executive reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning activities.

• Identify high-impact GenAI use cases to improve sales and commercial operations.
• Develop AI-driven tools for market analysis, proposal generation, and knowledge management.
• Design AI-enabled analytics and reporting dashboards to improve business visibility.
• Drive AI adoption across teams by creating training materials and reusable best practices.
• Monitor emerging AI tech to assess practical applications for commercial scaling.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product to improve information flow.
• Design business intelligence tools that elevate cross-functional analytical capabilities.
• Support strategic initiatives related to commercialization, scaling, and process improvement.

Who are you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in business development, commercial strategy, financial analysis, or consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear executive summaries and presentations.
