The Team
You will be part of friendly and high performing Team consisting of 10 professionals, working in an agile way utilizing modern technologies hosted in Azure Cloud. Customer 360 is a new digital product that is highly anticipated by all business areas within Volvo Group
The Position
As a Business Data Manager you play a key role capturing business needs and recommending new functionality in the system. You will work closely with the team specialists as well as Key Users and Stakeholders to identify the business needs.
Being a product-oriented team with domain expertise, we want to be seen as a partner who delivers best in class solutions that suit the business needs. Therefore, a constructive and cooperative relation with stakeholders and colleagues is the basis for your work, which includes below responsibilities:
- Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements as testable acceptance criteria, including recommendations on incremental deliveries where applicable
- Support the team along the development process, handle changes when needed
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, both via manual testing and supporting test automation
- Work closely with the team on continuous improvements to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly
- Help guide business in improving our product
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude and excellent analytical skills. Someone who is curious about our business, passionate about technology, has a “can do” attitude to find the optimal solution. You need to be a team player, but also to have the skills to plan, prioritize and drive your own tasks independently.
Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you probably have:
- Documented experience as Solution Engineer, Business Analyst or System Analyst working with requirement management
- Knowledge of tools needed to gather and document business requirements
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM ways of working
