• Experience working with Swedish labor market regulations and collective agreements.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
• High-level Excel capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
• A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
What will you do?
As Total Rewards Specialist at GTT in Sweden, you will be part of the global Total Rewards & Analytics department within GTT People & Culture function. You will work closely with our P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, People Services and the wider Total Volvo Group Rewards network across Sweden.
Your mission is to help us tailor and deliver compensation and benefits practices that support our ability to attract, retain, and motivate the best technical talent in a global, high-tech R&D organization. You will report to Vice President Total Rewards & Analytics in GTT.
In addition, you will:
• Provide subject matter expertise on compensation and benefits topics with a focus on the GTT organization in Sweden.
• Support annual activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking, equal pay analyses, and benefits reviews, both with white- and blue-collar employees.
• Lead and implement Sweden-specific Total Rewards initiatives, driving them as structured projects.
• Guide and advise P&C Business Partners and people leaders on total rewards related questions, policies, and frameworks.
• Contribute to negotiations and alignments with Swedish unions.
• Implement global and national total rewards strategies/initiatives into local actions and solutions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional and cross-border projects, contributing to innovation and best practices.
• Leverage new technologies such as automation, data analytics, and AI to improve efficiency and insight in total rewards.
