What you will do

As a Data Analyst – Customer Experience & Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in supporting both CX and MI teams by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will contribute to building a strong data foundation and ensuring insights are accessible, clear, and actionable.

Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas: 
•    Collect, consolidate, and structure data from multiple sources (customer, operational, financial, and market data) 
•    Support data extraction and analysis 
•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI 
•    Develop structured analysis in Excel 
•    Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights 
•    Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc analysis requests 
•    Translate data into clear visuals and presentations (PowerPoint) 
•    Support CX team with analysis of customer metrics 
•    Support MI team with data preparation and analysis for market and competitor insights 
•    Ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of data used across teams

You have also proven experience including problem solving, research and analysis.

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field 
•    Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles 
•    Advanced Excel skills 
•    Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling and visualization) 
•    Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL)
•    Ability to translate data into clear and structured outputs (reports, dashboards, presentations) 
•    Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate insights 

Additional qualifications (nice to have):
•    Experience with customer feedback platforms such as Medallia (or similar) 
•    Understanding of customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) 
•    Exposure to financial services, banking, or B2B environments
