We are looking for a DevSecOps Specialist to drive secure, scalable, and automated delivery practices—bridging development, security, and operations to ensure our products are resilient, efficient, and built for long‑term innovation.

Role Overview:

You will be joining our Product Cybersecurity (PCS) team and be responsible for the implementation and operation of secure software delivery practices across our product development environment.

In this role, you will help integrate security into the development lifecycle, ensuring that software delivery pipelines, infrastructure, and development workflows align with the Product Cybersecurity Management System (PCSMS) and relevant industry standards.

You will work closely with development teams, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure engineers. Your focus will be to embed security controls into our CI/CD pipelines and manage the SBOM toolchain. You will also implement and maintain vulnerability‑scanning capabilities, strengthen software supply chain security, and help elevate the organization’s overall security posture.

Essential Experience:

• Experience working in DevSecOps or product cybersecurity environments
• Knowledge of working with SBOM frameworks and toolchain
• Experience with software supply chain security
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools
• Understanding of threat modeling methodologies
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages to develop security integrations, pipeline automation, and tooling for secure CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Black Duck, Trivy, SonarQube, and Nexus or similar
• Experience working with security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK or similar
• Familiarity with standards and regulations such as CRA, ISO 21434, NIS2, or similar cybersecurity frameworks

Beneficial experience:

• Experience working in regulated industries such as automotive, industrial, or IoT
• Experience working with container security and Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and logging tools such as SIEM or centralized logging platforms.
