In this role you will work closely with senior leaders across the organization and play a critical role in identifying and driving initiatives that support our vision and strategy towards 2030.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives across the Volvo Group, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and objectives, always in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization
- Conduct market and competitive research, benchmarking, and financial analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for Volvo Group
- Develop and communicate project findings and strategy presentations to support decision making and alignment
- Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business areas, corporate functions and external partners
- Contribute to setting the strategic direction and agenda for the Volvo Group
- Contribute to the improvement and success of the Group Strategy function and ways of working
What you will bring
- Master's degree in business, engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance or similar role
- Proven project management skills and ability to bring together stakeholders from different levels and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear and actionable recommendations
- Experience from transport/automotive industry is an advantage
- A structured approach and ability to turn complex problems into manageable parts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity to learn and explore new trends, technologies and ways of working
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
